Aperture is an 11 story contemporary style urban infill residential building located on a tight quarter block site in the Little Italy district of downtown San Diego. Designed by KMA Architecture, the building consists of 86 residential units, street level retail space, and underground parking for 134 vehicles on 4 levels. Conceived as a “boutique” style residential building, which distinguishes itself through progressive design, Aperture ties together the various scales, materials, and architecture of the neighborhood.
