About Kris

Kris has worked in the real estate industry since 1987. A CityMark team member since 2000, Kris was the company’s first employee and an instrumental figure in the company since.

Prior to CityMark Development she worked for subcontractors, general contractors and developers throughout San Diego; PBC, Del Mar Pacific, Double E Construction and Jon Wayne Construction.

Currently CityMark’s Accounting Manager, Kris is responsible for providing the valuable link between lenders, contractors, and subcontractors and CityMark. Her role includes the management of the staff, overseeing human resources, payroll, as well as the day to day operations for the company.

Kris’ contributions to the team far exceed any title she has held in the firm. Her outgoing and inclusionary management style are key elements in maintaining a positive office environment and keeping the office running smoothly.

Outside of work, Kris enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.
